program for half-marathoners and those wanting to increase their endurance. It
usually begins in late February.
Thursday Evening Speed Training - During the summer months, instructed speed
training is conducted. We meet by the Field House at the south end of Lincoln Park.

Instructor Training - CWC can always use more instructors to help with the 9AM
Saturday Fitness Walk. Anyone with good race walk technique who is willing to
help should please sign up with the CWC Program Director. CWC will help you
become an instructor.
The training programs below are provided as guides to help improve speed or fitness.
